I am a graduate student with a research focus in neuroimaging of disease states. My work spans a number of projects including developing tools for subpopulation-specific cell quantification in light-sheet microscopy images, characterizing MRI-detectable neurodegeneration in multiple sclerosis and its relation to cognitive decline, and analyzing structural and functional brain changes associated with epilepsy.
